Topic: Unable to login to my account

bmurphy premium asked 1 year ago

**Expected behavior**

Log me in to my account everywhere on the site

**Actual behavior**

I enter my username and password, click Login, I receive a response that says "Success! Redirecting...". Then, on the next page, the "Login" button is still there, and I cannot view any code snippets despite the fact that I purchased a license.

Additional Details:

I can't ask any questions using the "other" category because it won't let you submit questions without selecting a mdbootstrap version. So if this is not the right category, that's why.

It logged me in temporarily and I was able to look at a code snippet, but logged me out again when I navigated to another page.

Hi, does the issue still persist? Please let me know whether the problem occurs all the time or from time to time.

I'm getting the exact same behaviour. Logged in this morning to check a code snippet. Worked fine. Navigated to another page and now I cannot log back in. I have tried different browsers, incognito mode even different machines ... same behaviour as described above. Very annoying ...

Very strangely, when i posted this comment it showed me as not being logged in and yet identified my username. After posting this comment the website now recognizes me again, even though i did not log in again, just navigated
