Hello
my credit card was charged for your product as a subscription but I did not authorise it. I can file a complaint with the credit card company, but you may want to reverse the charge befefore.

Hi
I got your mail where you offered refund if I asked for it. I has so far replied 10 times requesting that refund and neither gotten a reply nor a refund. Now I can tell the credit card company that I got no response, and will file a fraudulent charge claim
