It does not indicate how, using HTML attributes, to tell MDB to apply form-white to the generated HTML. It does say that there is a way via API... but how to do this from HTML attributes on the element???
I tried creating an mdb-form-white=true attribute, but that did not work.
Ok I figured it out - using "data-mdb-form-white=true" works. You need to update your docs for the select input.
