Topic: You Charged Me For Renewal After I Said Do Not Renew
Expected behavior I expected you not to renew my subscription.
Actual behavior You renewed my subscription and charged my card when I asked you not to. I told you I wanted a package that only contained standard. It's online now for $79 and $99 renewal with AI support. That is what I did not want to renew and was waiting to purchase.
