Topic: MDBVue Pro components incomplete documentation

peterwebaika-com free asked 5 years ago

Expected behavior In MDbVue documentations I'd like to see list of all properties and classes (and probably code samples) of MDBVue components. I.e. Accordion and Parallax: you have a very thorough explanation on MDB jQuery https://mdbootstrap.com/docs/jquery/javascript/accordion/ and https://mdbootstrap.com/docs/jquery/css/parallax/. But MDBVue has just a limited basic code snippet.

Actual behavior In MDBVue I can only see some basic component code samples, not like complete version of MDB jQuery examples, https://mdbootstrap.com/docs/vue/advanced/accordion/ and https://mdbootstrap.com/docs/vue/css/parallax/

In particular, in Vue project, I'd like to create a semitransparent accordion's headers and bodies with a photo in the background (so the background will expend/shrink with body collapsible motion), and also have a list of all possible mdbvue options for Parallax (i.e. different parallax speed factor and inline parallax).

Where should I find a complete docs for MDB Vue version (or there is a way to map jQuery options to Vue properties)?

Right , for Vue version including installing issues FAQ, there is barely any good documentation and very slow response from support team in the case of very critical problem - when a one can't use for many days the product he bought

As I wrote in response to your comment: MDB jQuery package is generally a few steps ahead of the Vue version - there also few differences in certain components' behaviour due to the nature of the given framework/library. We are constantly trying to develop our product and your activity on the form helps to point our efforts in the right direction - unfortunately right now the documentation of this component is all there is - it's not lack of the documentation but the component hasn't yet acquired all properties which its jQuery sister has.

As for @xdon82 concerns about our support, please refer me to the issue which was left answered for many days - we are trying our best to answer once a day to all of your issues (during a week) - some delays can be caused by the weekend.

Kind regards, Magdalena
