I'm unable to add MDBootstrap Pro react to my current project also... Can you give me a tutorial or I ask you to refund me... As you want.

it's been a year since you bought the license. You must know that therefore access to the gitlab is being withdrawn and if you want to continue using the repositories, you must renew the license https://mdbootstrap.com/renew-licenses/
