Expected behaviour

After the file has been uploaded once and saved to the respective State, have the file be gone from the MDBFileUpload Component to avoid further calling the callback function and causing other issues.

Actual behaviour

The file remains in the MDBFileUpload Component with no way to remove the file in the background (other than the remove button, which I don't want to be visible). How can I ensure that the file is gone from the MDBFileUpload Component after I have processed it? Note that the user shouldn't have to do anything to have it removed, it should all be done through code in the background.
