Access restricted - Error

Dear Team Support,

I am not able to access design blocks -

I am getting error "Access restricted"

Please advise.

I have the same issue and opened a topic for that yesterday.


I've contacted the support-team and they told me, that this issue is solved now.

You have to log out (if you are still logged in) and log back in - after that, you should be able to use design blocks & all the pro features that come with your license.

I've had to log in on the snippet page (Access restricted), too. After that the snippet is shown.

Correct, the above solution should fix the problem.
