Topic: bg-fixed bugs on Chrome and causes lags

Expected behavior I added the bg-fixed feature on my website, when i try the offline version everything is fine, but since my upload it lags, at this region

when you use firefox theres no such problem btw

bg-fixed just changes style to background-attachment: fixed;.

The problem of bad performance is known Chrome issue. There are some tricks to fix it:
