I would like to suggest a few features for the Calendar plugin, which would be super helpful for me:

1) Add parameter to add id or class to each event (so that each event can have it's own id or class)

2) Add parameter to disable (read only) the individual events. (currently you can only disable the entire calendar)

3) Add option to remove individual controls (F.ex. Week/List/Today buttons)

Currently I have to disable the entire calendar, and then loop through all events, to be able to add separate ID's so that I can connect my own modal to each event. I have to add an ID to the event name - which I then store as a data parameter to the event, and then remove the ID from the event name, then replace the event name, and then reinstantiate the tooltip.. Making everything super slow and annoying.
