Hello I followed the instructions provided by your chatbot. 1. Visit the "My Orders" page: [https://mdbootstrap.com/profile/my-orders/] 2. Click on the "Subscriptions" tab. 3. Locate the subscription you wish to cancel and click "Cancel Subscription."

If I click on Confirm, nothing happens When I go back to the main screen, I can still see that the subscription is active.

Your subscription has already been cancelled via PayPal.

Please note that if the cancellation was made directly in your PayPal dashboard, it is not necessary to cancel it again on the MDBootstrap.com website - that’s why the status on our site may still appear as active temporarily.

If you are experiencing issues with the “Cancel Subscription” button not responding, please make sure that all ad blockers and VPNs are disabled, as these can interfere with website functionality.
