Expected behavior

The Datepicker allows me to navigate to and select all dates greater than the minimum date.

Actual behavior

The Datepicker sometimes does not allow you to switch to the years page containing the year that is set as the minimum date.

To test this, set the minimum date to "2012-01-01" or "2002-01-01" for example, open the Datepicker, switch to picking years that will now show you the years between 2016 and 2039 and try to navigate one page back in order to pick 2012 or 2002 -> you can't. Same problem with "1998-01-01", but it works with "1997-01-01".
