Topic: Edit In Sandbox Does Not Work on Pro Membership

Expected behavior Click "Edit in Sandbox" and actually have it launch a sandbox. Actual behavior When I click on "Edit in Sandbox", the modal pops up saying "Preparing Snippet...", however it just sits there and spins forever. I have tried this on 3 different browsers and am certain I am authenticated/logged into the website. Resources (screenshots, code snippets etc.) I get an error message when trying to upload a photo into this form. So really this site is quite glitchy and not pleased so far. Hopefully someone can help.

Can now confirm clearing cookies/cache does not help. This still does not work on the following browsers I've texted on: Chrome, Firefox, Safari.

Is this problem still occurring? I think it may have been a temporary problem with the servers.

Yes, it is still occurring as of right now, today. Updated: Still NOT working. Not getting any assistance from customer support.

Yes, it still happens in incognito mode. I don't typically use Chrome. I tried private browsing in Firefox and that didn't fix it either. This is something you should be able to recreate yourselves because I've talked to several people that are having the same issues.

I got two different errors in Chrome Console. Refreshed after getting one and then got a different one the second time.

First Error: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)

Second Error: main.min.js:1 POST https://mdbootstrap.com/api/snippets/standard/joco88/snippets/create 403 (Forbidden)

Attached is a photo of what happens when I try to click "Edit in Sandbox". This has been happening for days, on multiple devices and on every single major browser. I've cleared cookies, cache, etc. Nothing fixes it and it never stops "loading",. So I can't use the services I paid money for.

I still cannot get this to work. I keep trying different browsers and even different devices. I'm getting no response from customer service either. Who can I reach out to about a refund?
