In the select, a value should actually be preselected, but this only appears when I make a change in the rest of the form. Then the preselected value appears, but the label of the select disappears.

Since this certainly also has to do with LiveWire, the question also goes to the others here in the forum who also use LiveWire. Would be grateful for a hint where the problem lies.
