I cannot find the supporting files for a multi-item-carousel in the package I downloaded. Can you please help?

I just found some other posts with the same issue and see that this is a plugin only available with the advanced package. I have been buying MDB products for many years and realized I didn't get a discount with my purchase today. What can we do? Can I apply my payment today to a discounted advanced package :-) ?
