Topic: Problems with Navbar

**Expected behavior**

I am following the steps at MDB quickstart found here: https://mdbootstrap.com/learn/mdb-foundations/basics/quick-start/

**Actual behavior**

When I enter the NAVbar to my page at https://www.metanoiacenter.net/new/index.php ... the menu simply does not work on my desktop or on my Android device.
