Hello,
I am writing to request a refund for Order #154747, charged on December 26, 2025.
I originally signed up for this service for the 2025 period, but the subscription is not needed for 2026. I believed I had canceled earlier this year; however, it appears the subscription may not have been terminated as intended.

- Product: MDB Standard Advanced – 1 User (Annual)
- Amount Charged: $649
- Payment Method: Credit Card
Since the service is not required for 2026 and has not been used during the new term, I am requesting a refund of the $649 charge.
