Topic: Secondary text as HTML in select (with solution)

gianlucagiacometti priority asked 2 weeks ago

Expected behavior

The secondary text in select should accept html code

Actual behavior

The secondary text in select is plain text

Resources (screenshots, code snippets etc.)

You just need to change in pro/select/templates.js:

< function getSecondaryTextTemplate(text) {
<   const span = element('span');
<   Manipulator.addClass(span, 'select-option-secondary-text');
<   const textContent = document.createTextNode(text);
<   span.appendChild(textContent);
<   return span;
< }

with:

> function getSecondaryTextTemplate(text) {
>   const span = element('span');
>   Manipulator.addClass(span, 'select-option-secondary-text');
>   span.innerHTML = text;
>   return span;
> }
