I still have every day email about unsuccessful payment attempt from my CC. enter image description here

I asked already to stop my subscribtion completely and I got an email the subscription has been calcelled. enter image description here

But apparently it hasn't. Please cancel my subscription completely and stop charging me for renewal. Thanks.
