Topic: Table editor plugin's scrollbar
Vertical scrollbar should be hidden under navbar. Is there a reason to display a vertical scrollbar there as it can't be grabbed and table has no max height?

There is no scrollbar in the table in your example but the solution is to set with CSS z-index of the navbar higher than this of scroll and table.
