Topic: mdbSelect missing features
Would be great if mdbSelect had the size feature like mdbInput adding the form-$size and form-control-$size.
And beside that, would be great if you could include the select to the Input Group: https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.4/components/input-group/#custom-select
