Topic: autocomplete close button is a tab stop

itay pro asked 5 years ago

The close button of an autocomplete element is a tab stop making it more difficult to enter text using only the keyboard. e.g., when the user clicks the tab key to move from one field to the other, the cursor disappears in the close button and another tab click is required to move to the next field. Adding tabindex=-1 to the close button will fix it   P.S. ver 6.2.5 is missing from the ver list above

Fixed in 6.2.6 Thanks

Make sure to enter text to the input for the close button to appear, then click tab to stop on it instead of passing it

Thank you for the detailed explanation. It will be possible to remove this button from tab navigation in next version.
