Shame on yourself, I thought it is for free, and I was searching two days to find the problem

Pro components have red buttons that allow that you can only use this in the pro version.

I get the same error and Seriously this error is embarrassing..... i have spent time trying to correct my code thinking the error is from me, not knowing that i have to pay for a single component. Am gone from here
Piotr Glejzer staff commented 5 years ago
do you have an error with sidenav? SideNav is a pro component so it is not available in the free version.

Does this explain why am getting the same error on MDBAvatar and MDBIcon......at the React Bootstrap Team Sections?

Hi @HansOnConsult,
it means, that there is two version of our package - one in for free, and the other one is a pro version which contains more components. Every pro component is marked in our documentation - so unless you don't see the red button next to the code snippet, you can use it for free using the free version from npm.

I'm having the same issue. So wait a damn minute. You are saying the entire scroll spy component is "premium" so it doesn't work unless you pay for and download the files then manual add it to your node_modules?
If that's honestly the case than its a deal breaker. The only reason I'd consider buying premium is to help you guys out because this seems like a great framework. If I cant use core components that go beyond regular react-boostrap than there is no point in this. Your sections and all premium components shouldn't be visible on the page for non-premium users.

Hi,
All premium components marked in our documentation as Pro are available in MDB Pro download files only.
To use our SIdeNav you should get Pro license, you can find more information here.
Best regards,
Jakub

Hi there,
how your import looks like? It should be named import statement, something like this:
import { MDBSideNav } from "mdbreact";
Best, Ania
