Hi

Is there a way to configure the countdown plugin to show months and weeks as well as the available days, hours, minutes & seconds?

Days, hours, minutes and seconds are the only available options. There is no support for weeks and months. All the options can be found here https://mdbootstrap.com/docs/standard/plugins/countdown/#docsTabsAPI.
