click to have picker appears, select date, click on time tab, select a time, click ok, value changes in field

click to have picker appears, select and date, click on time tab, select a time click ok, value does not change in field

it works ok if you select a date, click ok, select a time, click ok. something about clicking on the tabs seems to cause it to not update. also the hitbox for the tabs could be a bit bigger...
