As the JS is on the bottom of the page the user sees some blinking before it gets loaded.
It especially appears with forms, so if you have a complex form, it is first displayed in an ugly way and after a blink it is displayed properly.
Is there any builtin way to display a full-page spinner until everything is loaded?
