Topic: subscription cancellation issue

An issue with the subscription cancellation page, As shown in the attached image, this problem has persisted for the past four months. I only discovered this issue recently when attempting to cancel my Standard subscription with the intention of subscribing to Vue instead. below are the images of the procedure I've made for the cancellation.
