Uncaught TypeError: Failed to resolve module specifier "tw-elements". Relative references must start with either "/", "./", or "../".

I follow the steps in the tutorial, then I create a new html page by copying the index.html page, the other pages is working fine in my local but when publish that is the error in the console.
