Topic: Problems with double charging for services and they do not answer emails
On 28 November 2021 we purchased MDB Advanced Bundle - 1 user, Annual, which was successfully completed (see Payment confirmation MDB/133561 attached).
However, on 8 January 2022 we were charged again by error (see Payment confirmation MDB/134227 attached).
I therefore request that the charge of 8 January 2022 be reversed and my credit card be refunded.
