Hi, yes there is. If the refund request is made within 14 days after the renewal, a full refund can be granted, provided that the new package version covered by the billing period has not been downloaded. Is the account you are writing from an account of your old employee? Best regards Rafał

Hi, as far as I am concerned your old emplyee have notified me about this charge. I have had an email conversation with him and issued a refund. :)
