Topic: MDB Active Pro Advanced Subscription - No Access To Templates

We signed up for a 2 Developers Team subscription yesterday.

We are finding that when we try to access the Templates, we are greeted with a message telling us that we need an MDB Pro account which is what we have purchased.

"Access restricted: To view this snippet you must have an MDB Pro account in the advanced version. Log in to your account or purchase an MDB Pro Advanced subscription if you are a new user"

We have tried various solutions from the support forums, logging out, incognito etc but we still do not have access.

Could you please investigate and let us know how we can access these templates.

Hi, Thank you for contacting us and informing us about the issue. Your subscription appears to be correctly assigned, but there is a problem with accessing the Pro templates.

Please try assigning the second user to the license in the panel on the website: https://mdbootstrap.com/profile/my-orders. Ensure that the second user is correctly added. If the problem persists we will investigate further into the issue. Best regards, Rafał
