Topic: Refund request for automatic subscription payments

Expected behavior
I would like to get a refund for my recent automatic subscription payments and cancel any active paid subscriptions on my account.
Actual behavior
I forgot to cancel my subscription before the renewal/payment dates, and I was charged automatically for two MDBootstrap subscriptions.
I have already contacted support by email at hello@mdbootstrap.com, but I have not received a response yet.
My current usage of MDBootstrap is limited, and I do not need the paid plans, updates, or AI support features at this time.
The recent payments are:
Order #155517 – May 21, 2026 – €99
Order #155513 – May 19, 2026 – €29
