Refund Policy
We stand behind our products and value your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital goods (delivered via the Internet), we generally do not offer refunds. The 14-day cooling-off period allowed by EU regulations does not apply to our digital products for the following reasons:
- Technical limitations prevent us from fully restricting the use of our software once it has been downloaded (e.g., CSS/JS libraries can operate offline).
- Digital products, once accessed or downloaded, cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
If you cannot access the software due to technical issues, or if there is a defect, please inform us immediately for assistance. We encourage you to use and evaluate the free version of our software before making a purchase to ensure it meets your needs.
Subscription Cancellations and Renewal Refunds
- Unwanted renewals can be refunded only within the first 14 days after payment, provided the new package version covered by the billing period has not been downloaded. You will be informed about your refund status via email. If the refund is approved, you will receive the charged amount back in your account within a few days.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time via the 'My Orders' panel in your account. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the subscribed products until the end of the current billing period.
Please remember that UI Kit usage is for a lifetime, but when canceling your subscription you lose access to:
- Git repositories
- Npm installation option
- Premium support
- Premium code snippet examples on our snippet platform
- Premium components documentation examples
- New updates to the package
Changes to Our Return and Refund Policy

Refund Guarantee
In some cases, we might offer a 100% refund guarantee for a specified period of time. If during your purchase, there was information about such a guarantee, you will be granted a full refund, according to the terms described on the purchase page.
